Important Information About Registration

All athletes in either Football or Cheer this coming Fall all must have the following submitted to WillametteYFC Registrars prior to being eligible for receiving equipment or to be able to participate in practices:

  • 2022 Registration Fees: $200 for K/1, $260 for 2nd to 8th, $250 for Cheer
  • AAU Membership
  • Sports Physical (filled out and signed by care provider within the last year)
  • 2021-2022 End of the Year Report Card/Progress Report
  • Other forms (Hardship Waiver, Helmet Waiver, ect;)

Attention Cheer Parents:

Cheer Parents and our participants for the 2022 Season are invited to attend a Meet and Greet with the Cheer Coaching Staff on Saturday, July 30th at 10am to receive information about the program and to begin uniform fittings. We will be meeting at Willamette High School in the Lecture Hall.

Free Cheer/Dance Clinic at Willamette High School in the Gymnasium on Saturday, August 6th from specifically designed for our group of young athletes. Second opportunity for uniform fittings and to meet the Cheer Coaching staff prior to beginning official practices.

Team picture day will be on Sunday, August 28th at Willamette High School on the Turf Field. Unfortunately, this will be the only opportunity for such an event, we highly encourage full participation from all our kiddos. Times to be provided at a later date on our Facebook page.

Attention Football Parents:

Willamette HS will be offering a free Youth Football Camp available to all athletes within the Willamette community and surrounding areas. Camp will be held Monday, August 1st through Wednesday, August 3rd from at Willamette High School on the Turf Field. Registration available on-site.

Free 7v7 Style Football Clinic for our 6th, 7th and 8th grade Willamette YFC participants. Clinic to be held on Saturday, August 6th at Meadowview School on the Turf Field and will be hosted/operated by the South Lane Buzzards and other local amateur athletes.

Equipment Hand-Out to be held on Saturday, August 6th for grades 6th through 8th. And on Sunday, August 7th for grades K through 5th. All gear to be distributed at Meadowview School across from the Babe Ruth Ball Fields. All required eligibility criteria needs to be met prior to being issued any protective equipment or practice uniforms.
