Coaching and Volunteer Recruitment
Like all youth programs across the globe, especially ones in the sports genre, both coaches and volunteers are the driving force behind their program.
Willamette Youth Football and Cheer would like to extend an invitation to every willing adult in our community to consider becoming a part of the most important group of our association. Coaches and Team Managers are of need for both Football and Cheerleading and all age groups. If this time commitment may be too much for you, please consider helping in a small capacity during one of the many weeks during the preseason, at practice, during gameday, or at the end of the season.
All volunteers on a full-time basis must be approved by the WillametteYFC Leadership Board and have a current membership with cleared background check through AAU.
